Other documents that your may need to provide to us for inclusion in your contract include:

·         A current lease if your property is occupied by tenants;

·         Home Owners Warranty Certificate if your house or any extensions are less than 7 years old;

·         Final Occupation Certificate for your house or any extensions;

·         Final Occupation Certificate for a Pool;

·         Compliance  or Non-Compliance Certificate for a Pool or spa.

Once you property is sold, we will work with the agent, the purchaser’s conveyancer or solicitor and your discharging mortgagee on your behalf.
